Job Summary

The Transport Parent Relationship Executive is responsible for managing communication between parents and the transport department, addressing transport-related queries, ensuring timely updates on routes and schedules, and supporting safe and efficient student transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for parents regarding transport services.
  • Address transport queries, concerns, and feedback from parents.
  • Communicate bus routes, timings, delays, and transport updates.
  • Maintain student transport records and parent contact details.
  • Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport team to resolve issues.
  • Support transport registrations and route allocations.
  • Maintain reports related to transport operations and parent communication.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or school administration.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
