Role Description

We are seeking an Influencer Collaboration Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.

In this role, you will identify and connect with relevant influencers, manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution, and build strong relationships with creators who align with our brand. You will negotiate collaboration terms, coordinate campaign deliverables, track campaign performance, and ensure smooth communication with influencers.

This role plays an important part in strengthening our brand visibility, social media engagement, and influencer network within the fragrance and lifestyle space.

Salary: Up to 20,000 per month

Location: Surat (Candidates currently living in Surat are preferred)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and public relations skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers
• Experience or understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Media collaborations
• Negotiation and coordination skills for managing influencer partnerships
• Familiarity with Instagram, creator collaborations, and social media engagement
• Ability to identify influencers aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Interest in perfumes, beauty, or lifestyle content will be an added advantage
