Role Overview
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can manage creator partnerships end-to-end - from identification and outreach to execution, follow-ups, and reporting.
This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and timelines without constant reminders.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Identification & Outreach
- Research, identify, and shortlist influencers and creators aligned with SkinBae's brand, audience, and campaign objectives
- Evaluate creators based on relevance, content quality, engagement, and audience fit
- Initiate outreach and manage first-level conversations professionally
2. Influencer Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, including:
- Seeding and gifting campaigns
- Paid collaborations
- Product launches and campaign-specific activations
- Share briefs, timelines, and expectations clearly with creators
- Track deliverables, posting schedules, and content approvals
- Ensure all agreed deliverables are executed on time and as per brief
3. Influencer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators
- Handle follow-ups, reminders, and coordination without delays
- Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for influencers
4. Affiliate Marketing Support
- Support and manage affiliate partnerships, including:
- Creator onboarding
- Link and code sharing
- Tracking performance and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliate campaigns run smoothly
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Social media team
- Content writers and copywriters
- Marketing and brand teams
- Share influencer content internally for amplification and reuse (where applicable)
- Ensure influencer output aligns with overall campaign messaging and brand tone
6. Tracking, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain updated influencer databases and trackers
- Track campaign performance, content output, and timelines
- Prepare basic reports on:
- Campaign execution
- Influencer engagement
- Affiliate performance (where applicable)
What We're Looking For
- 14 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and timelines simultaneously
- Interest in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is a plus
