• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to Java Full Stack Development.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Experience in integrating various technologies and platforms to deliver comprehensive solutions.
