Industry-Academia & Outreach Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru for an Industry-Academia & Outreach Executive. The Executive will facilitate collaboration between academic institutions and industries, support the implementation and management of developmental projects, and engage with local businesses and stakeholders for outreach initiatives. The role involves planning and delivering training sessions, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with academic and business partners, and representing the organization at various events and networking sessions. The Executive will also contribute to the strategic planning and execution of initiatives aimed at regional economic development.

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and informed decision-making.
• Experience in Training and the ability to design and conduct workshops or skill development programs.
• Proven Sales and Consulting abilities to build partnerships with businesses and academic institutions.
• Proficiency in Project Management to organize, implement, and oversee collaborative initiatives and projects.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Prior experience working with industry-academia collaborations or regional development projects is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
