Role Overview

The CA Industrial Trainee will gain hands-on exposure across key finance functions including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, and Internal Audit.

The role is designed to provide practical experience in financial reporting, business performance tracking, audit processes, and analytical support. The trainee will work closely with cross-functional teams and experienced finance professionals, contributing to ongoing financial operations and strategic initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in finance while gaining exposure to diverse functional areas within a dynamic organization.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be aligned to one of the following functions: Corporate Finance, Business Finance, or Internal Audit. Responsibilities will vary based on the assigned team.

Corporate Finance:

  • Financial analysis, MIS reporting & variance analysis
  • Ledger reconciliations & monthly provisioning
  • KPI tracking and management reporting
  • Support in tax compliance and audit requirements

Business Finance (FP&A):

  • Inventory and consumption tracking & reconciliations
  • Monthly provisioning and MIS reporting
  • Business performance analysis and KPI monitoring

Internal Audit:

  • Support audit execution including data gathering and documentation
  • Coordination with stakeholders and report preparation
  • Review of transactions such as expenses and reimbursements
  • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • CA Intermediate (Both/Group cleared)
    • Bachelor's degree in finance or management
    • Consistently strong academic record across Class 10th, 12th, and Graduation

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE / ELIGIBILITY

    • Completed minimum 1 year of Articleship
    • Eligible for Industrial Training (12–18 months) as per ICAI norms
    • Willingness to work 5 days from office (Gurugram)

    STIPEND & DETAILS

    • Stipend: ₹25,000/month
    • Duration: 12–18 months
