Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an Industrial Sales Manager. The role involves creating and implementing market strategies, managing and nurturing client accounts, driving sales growth, and overseeing the sales management process. Additionally, the role requires providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and promote long-term relationships. The Industrial Sales Manager will work closely with the team to achieve targets and expand market presence.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Market Planning and developing strategies to penetrate new markets
  • Experience in Account Management, including fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis to monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in renewable energy, solar solutions, or power management is advantageous
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications
