AbouttheRole

Joinourhigh-growthSPM&RoboticsAutomationteam,whereyouwillplayakeyroleindrivingindustrialautomationacrossautomotive,packaging,manufacturing,materialhandling,Conveyorandrelatedindustries.

Roles&Responsibilities

ForSr.SalesEngineer/SalesManager/SalesHead

DrivesalesofSPMs,Robotics,andConveyorAutomationsolutionsacrossindustrialsectors.

Identifypotentialcustomers,generateleads,andpresenttailoredautomationsolutions.

Understandclientrequirementsandprovideaccuratetechnicalconsultation.

Preparecustomizedproposals,quotations,andsolutiondocuments.

Buildandmaintainlong-termclientrelationshipsandprovidepost-salessupport.

Collaboratecloselywithengineering,design,andprojectteamsforseamlessexecution.

MaintainCRMdata,trackcustomerengagement,anddeliveraccuratesalesforecasts.

AdditionalResponsibilitiesforSalesHead

Lead,mentor,andmotivatethesalesteamtoexceedtargets.

Developandimplementstrategicsalesplanstodriverevenueandmarketexpansion.

Conductmarketanalysistostayupdatedoncompetitionandindustrytrends.

Strengthencross-functionalcollaborationtoensurecustomersatisfaction.

Manageandgrowkeyaccountsforsustainedbusinessopportunities.

Qualifications&SkillsWeValue

StrongunderstandingofSPM,robotics,Conveyorandindustrialautomation.

Proventrackrecordintechnicalsaleswithmeasurableachievements.

Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andpresentationskills.

Strategicthinkingwithatarget-drivenandsolution-orientedapproach.

Leadershipandteamdevelopmentcapabilities(formanagerialroles).

ProficiencyinCRMtools,forecasting,andsalesreporting.
