Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The Industrial Relations Manager will be responsible for tasks related to collective bargaining, employee relations, labor relations, labor and employment law, and implementing HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Relations,and labor laws .
• Knowledge in Labor Compliance.
• Represent the company in labor courts and tribunals, handling cases related to disputes, terminations, and retrenchments.
• Understanding of IR policies , Factory Act , Industrial Dispute Act & Industrial Relations Code .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling negotiations of union.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in the Facilities Management industry or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field

Other Requirements :

• 6+Years of experience in the given field of Industrial Relations
• Bachelor's degree in LAW
