SHAH Industrial Hygiene Solutions is a leading consulting firm specializing in Industrial Hygiene across diverse industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, healthcare, and heavy engineering. Led by Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Maulik Shah, with over twelve years of experience, the firm has conducted qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments at more than 200 manufacturing sites and delivered 150+ EHS training sessions covering 15+ environmental, health, and safety topics.

Role Description
We are hiring two full-time Industrial Hygienists for our Ahmedabad office. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments
• Prepare technical reports of exposure assessments
• Provide technical recommendations to reduce personal exposure at client sites
• Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks
• Deliver training on EHS topics, especially Industrial Hygiene
• Support Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance initiatives

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene & Safety (MIHS or M.Sc. Hygiene & Safety) or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene / EHS

Skills Required
• Knowledge of Environmental Health and EHS standards
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Hygiene monitoring techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Report writing and documentation skills (audit-ready formats preferred)
• Familiarity with occupational exposure limits (OELs) and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and efficiency
