We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Industrial Engineering team on a full-time basis:
Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Capacity Study, Line Balancing, VC Reduction, OTD improvement, WIP Reduction, Ergonomics Improvement
- Interact with the CFT for the smooth implementations of the Improvements in the Machine, Method
- Improve the Unsafe conditions in the machines, processes and layout
- NPI Model facilities implementation in Machine shop and Assembly process
- Reviewing and improving the resources utilization for the maximum efficiency
- New assembly line setup and commissioning activities
- Deploying the Lean system across the factory and develop the Lean culture
- Review and develop the manufacturing setup for the New models and the Relocations products
- Ergonomics Improvement by using Tools like, REBA,KIM etc
Technical Competencies:
- VMC/ CNC / HMC Programming
- Macro Programming
- SolidWorks / AutoCAD
Essential Competencies:
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
- Time Study / Work Measurement
- Productivity Improvement

Requirements:
- Academic/Professional Education: BE/B.Tech with Electrical/Electronics/Production/Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
- Relevant Experience: 8 to 10 years in relevant field in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical, Process Manufacturing, Machine shop Industries
