Responsibilities:
Conducting Methods and Time study
Estimation of Standard production norms
Estimation of cycle time for the new products during hand-over production
After required production, it is required to time study and update in the SAP / Costing
Designing of layout for any new shop floor process
Implementing lean concepts and elimination of waste in the process.
Have to work collabrately with the functional heads and CFT
Ergonomic study and improvement for the assembly process.
