Location Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Design Research: Conduct user research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities and user pain points.

Concept Generation: Rapidly communicate ideas through quality hand sketching, digital sketching, and image pools and mood boards.

3D Development: Build sophisticated 3D models using Rhino 3D / Blender / Fusion, ensuring aesthetic intent is maintained through technical constraints.

Visualization: Create photorealistic renderings to communicate design intent to stakeholders and

marketing teams.

Prototyping: 3D print physical mockups (low-fidelity to high-fidelity) to test ergonomics, scale, and functional CMG (Color, Material, Finish).

Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers and product managers to ensure designs are manufacturable and aligned with business goals.

Professional Requirements

Experience: 13 years of relevant industry experience, specifically within the Consumer

Electronics sector (wearables, home tech, audio, TWS, Neckbands, Portable Speakers, Smart watches, Smart rings etc.).

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design.

Hard Skills:

o CAD : Proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360 (Surface modeling skills are a major plus).

o Visualization: Expert knowledge of KeyShot / Blender.

o Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Soft Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, a growth mindset, and the ability to take constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
