JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

To execute all innovation & development activities and ensure documentation of process parameter & it's results

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Analyse New Products received for development.

2. Ensure design of experiment, monitoring of all process during various product development stages.

3. Visit Customer for understanding of requirement and attending complaint.

4. Study and search of new products through exhibition, websites, customer visit, Literatures and

improvement of efficiency of existing products.

5. Send samples for external testing and take trial at external laboratory and at customer location.

6. Involve in product dev of PW related products.

7. Make Design Code (Process flow, BOM), record of experiments & each design.
