Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Fasteners, PPE & MRO Sourcing Lead who can independently build and manage sourcing across multiple factory-critical categories.

This is not a PO-processing role.

You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and scaling thousands of SKUs across:

• Industrial fasteners (nuts, bolts, anchors, screws, washers)
• PPE (gloves, helmets, safety shoes, eyewear)
• Industrial chemicals (lubricants, adhesives, sealants, cleaning agents)
• Bearings and power transmission components
• Hand tools and consumables
• Maintenance and operational supplies

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale vendor networks across fasteners, PPE, industrial chemicals, and related MRO categories
• Work with for MSMEs and Large scale clients
• Independently source and onboard 2,000+ SKUs
• Identify alternates and cross-compatible SKUs
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, credit terms, and SLAs
• Create structured, technically accurate product catalogs
• Ensure product quality and supply reliability
• Work closely with operations to support VMI deployments
• Design sourcing SOPs for long-term scale

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in industrial sourcing, preferably in fasteners, PPE, or MRO
• Experience handling large SKU volumes (1000+ SKUs preferred)
• Strong understanding of industrial product specifications
• Vendor development and negotiation experience
• Comfort working directly with manufacturers and distributors
• Strong Excel / ERP / catalog management capabilities
• High ownership and execution mindset
