Responsibilities:
- Prepare Schematic Layout, Detail Layout for medium to large scale Projects related to Industrial domain.
- Good knowledge of Authority guidelines like set back distance, road width, built up area ratio and suitably incorporate in Design deliverables.
- Early design review, authority compliances and constructability analysis, can guide BIM modelers for model development.
- Develop ideas focusing Client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
- Good knowledge of sustainability standards and LEED/IGBC/Griha certification requirements is preferred.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Draft designs that reflect green building values and cater to our clients desires for smaller carbon footprints.
- Interdepartmental Coordination and interference check between various disciplines.
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
- Review drawings and 3D Models.
- Can understand action items discussed in project review meetings for model development and detail engineering.
- Responsible for development of 3D model and guide for extraction of IFC drawings inline with the project schedule.
- Preparation of BOQ and selection of Materials like floor finishes, wall finishes, door / window / rolling shutter type etc & Tender documentation support.
- Addressing site quires and facilitate construction by applying BIM and CAD technologies in the design phase.
- Travelling to client office and project site for meetings, workshops and briefing session.
- Design and develop feasibility and schematic plans, 3D models and presentations for projects.
Qualifications:
Architecture or related field.
