About the Role:
We are hiring motivated candidates (0–5 years experience) for International E-commerce Customer Support (Non-Voice Process).
If you have strong written English skills and a passion for customer service, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via Email & Chat (International clients)
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and product information
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written English communication (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of E-commerce & Online Shopping
- Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC (Monthly): ₹26,000 – ₹40,000
- 5 Days Working
- Night Allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month
