Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Indoor Sales Resource. The role involves actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their relocation needs, explaining service offerings, and closing sales. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality, tracking sales activities, and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management in the relocation industry, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the relocation industry.
  • Ability to provide support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technologies is an advantage.
