Key Deliverables:

  • Source and disburse quality rural individual loans in line with internal policy
  • Conduct business and home verifications with financial evaluations
  • Drive loan disbursement targets and ensure portfolio quality
  • Maintain high First Time Right rate and low delinquency

Role Responsibilities:

  • Enable business growth in rural territories through deeper market reach
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure repayment
  • Build strong client and channel relationships
  • Ensure strict adherence to policies, processes, and compliance standards
