Indirect Tax Litigation | 6 to 10 years | Mumbai & Bengaluru

Job Description

• GST compliances i.e. GSTR1/ GSTR3B / GSTR9/ GSTR9C Returns.
• Preparing Indirect tax appeals.
• Completing GST audits and assessments in different states. Maintaining repository of documents for audit / assessments.
• Reply to SCN and other notices from tax department.
• Representing before authorities during Personal Hearing (including Appellate authorities).
• Briefing to Counsel / consultant on litigation matters.
• Co-ordinating with different departments for collation of data.
• Coordinating with statutory auditors on litigation matter.

Primary Skill

• Must be CA Qualified
• Should be willing to work for Mumbai, Airoli OR Bangalore Capgemini Office - Hybrid Mode
• Knowledge of Indirect tax laws
• Preparing Indirect tax appeals.
• Completing GST audits and assessments in different states
• Ability to work independently with various stakeholders (finance as well as business)

Secondary Skills

• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with various stakeholders (finance as well as business).
• Working knowledge of ERP, Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
