Job Summary

This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership position accountable for the end-to-end performance, evolution, and roadmap of indirect procurement toolsprimarily Omnea (procurement orchestration) and oracle cloud (direct & indirect). The tools lead will drive innovation, enable automation, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver seamless procurement experiences. Own updates to process documents and policies, ensuring alignment with Omnea workflows and governance. Drive tail spend analytics to optimize cost and compliance. Managing guided buying workflows, including maintenance of catalogs and cXML/punch-out integrations for suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • Act as the single point of accountability for tool performance, change management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Own updates to process documents and policies, ensuring alignment with Omnea workflows and governance.
  • Ensure that all workflows utilize platforms AI capabilities.
  • Maintain a multi-year product roadmap covering intake, workflows, sourcing, contracting handoffs, supplier onboarding, and integrations.
  • Align Omnea roadmap with oracle cloud capabilities and FY27 objectives (all processes in Omnea except contracting).
  • Omnea: design, configure, and deploy workflows, intake forms, rules, and automations; manage releases, environments, and role-based access.
  • Oracle cloud procurement: coordinate issue fixes with it (and SME for direct procurement), optimize configurations, and support process improvements.
  • Build reusable components (workflow templates, validations, data checks) to accelerate change delivery.
  • Establish and meet SLAs for incident response, change requests, and releases.
  • Implement governance: SOPs, playbooks, version control, change logs, and audit trails.
  • Own data quality in Omnea and reconciliation rules with oracle cloud/ServiceNow.
  • Lead integrations between Omnea, oracle cloud, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.
  • Drive API/connector utilization, field mappings, and data validation routines for seamless orchestration.
  • Convene prioritization forums with functional leads (TPRM, workflows, intake, sourcing, contracting).
  • Translate business needs into technical designs; deliver configuration changes independently.
  • Provide enablement & training to super users; publish release notes and change communications.
  • Define and track KPIs (cycle times, touchless rates, backlog aging, adoption, data quality scores).
  • Produce dashboards and quarterly health reviews for leadership.
  • Own tail spend analytics and insights to drive cost optimization and compliance.
  • Manage guided buying workflows, including maintenance of catalogs, validations, and user experience improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor's in business, supply chain, information systems, or related.
  • 10+ years in procurement technology/operations with direct experience owning enterprise tools.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Oracle cloud procurement configuration and process optimization.
  • Omnea or comparable low-code orchestration platforms.
  • Ability to act independently: scoping, building, testing, and deploying changes without external technical reliance.
  • Strong understanding of indirect procurement processes and cross-functional orchestration.
  • Proven track record driving tool roadmaps, integrations (Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow), and change governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and program management skills.
  • Experience operating in a global environment across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience in leading tool migration or large-scale procurement transformation programs is a plus.
