Job Title: Chef

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate chef with at least 1 year of experience in preparing authentic cuisine. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of regional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (North, Mughlai, Tandoor, etc.)
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist in menu planning and food preparation
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef or Commis Chef
- Basic knowledge of spices and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Salary:
Salary will be based on the candidate's last drawn salary and experience
