Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Indian CDP Chef at Nksha, located in Mumbai. The Indian CDP Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic North Indian dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes are up to Tamak's high standards. Daily tasks include managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, inventory management, and contributing to menu planning. The role also involves maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in North Indian cuisine preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and menu planning
• Ability to supervise kitchen staff and ensure team efficiency and harmony
• Excellent understanding of hygiene standards and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Previous experience in a fine dine restaurant is advantageous
