Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Preparation of Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Indian GAAP.
- Finalization of accounts, P&L management, and general ledger accounting.
- Management of accounts receivable and payable.
- Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Cash flow monitoring and analysis.
- Consolidation and financial reporting for management.
Audits & Compliance:
- Coordination with auditors for statutory, internal, tax, GST, and cost audits.
- Preparation of data for GST assessments, income tax assessments, litigations, and responses to notices.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
System & Process Management:
- Hands-on experience with SAP for financial accounting and reporting.
- Ensure process orientation and maintain accuracy in ledger scrutiny, accounts closing, and reporting.
Analysis & Advisory:
- Perform financial analysis and statutory calculations (Direct & Indirect taxes).
- Support management with analytical insights for financial planning and decision-making.
