We are seeking a
Sr. analyst Macros to join our growing organization in
Indore. This position is responsible for managing transition calls and stabilizing the process in addition to overseeing day-to-day production activities.
Duties And Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance, focusing on identifying trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data processes, automate report generation, and enhance data analysis efficiency leveraging tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet
- Collaborate with department supervisors and managers ensure accurate and seamless integration of data for organizational reporting.
- Support the design of custom metrics and ad hoc reports to meet emerging business needs.
- Assist all teams by providing data-driven insights that inform strategic initiatives and workforce planning inside and outside of billing and vendor payables department.
- Support data validation efforts to maintain high data integrity.
- Participate in meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to project progress work to ensure quality, timeliness and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Recommend changes, updates, and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.

Graduation with 1 to 8 Years experience in Macros
