What You'll Do

Facilities & Office Operations

  • Conduct regular floor walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and professional presentation across office premises.
  • Monitor office infrastructure including lighting, HVAC, power supply, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and building management teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on repair requests.
  • Maintain inventory of office assets, furniture, and supplies.
  • Support seating arrangements, workstation moves, and internal office reconfigurations.
  • Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, safety audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain facilities logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Support small office improvement and refurbishment initiatives.
  • Oversee front office operations to ensure a professional and welcoming client experience.

Vendor & Service Management

  • Liaise with building management and external vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, pest control, F&B vendors, etc.).
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Track vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for timely processing and cost control.

Meeting Room & Event Support

  • Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and equipped (AV systems, stationery, refreshments).
  • Coordinate internal events, leadership visits, town halls, and client engagements including seating, logistics, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Oversee client areas and manage events taking place in the office and off-site locations, ensuring high service standards and seamless execution.

Food & Beverage (F&B) Responsibilities

  • Oversee pantry and catering operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
  • Plan and curate menus for meetings, leadership visits, and corporate events, considering dietary preferences, cultural sensitivities, and balanced offerings.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Indian and international cuisines to support appropriate menu selection.
  • Manage F&B vendors and caterers to ensure quality, consistency, and service excellence.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in buffet layouts, food presentation, service flow, portioning, and overall setup aesthetics.
  • Monitor pantry stock levels and maintain optimal inventory control and wastage management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or corporate administration.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, menu planning, cuisine selection, and food safety practices.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in event setups, client areas, and food presentation.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.
