What You'll Do

Employee Lifecycle Management — Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for

full-time employees (FTEs), including onboarding, transitions, ensuring a seamless

employee experience and strict adherence to defined timelines and processes. Drive

consistency and quality in onboarding by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and

ensuring all pre- and post-joining activities are completed efficiently.

HRIS & Data Management Administer and maintain employee data within HRIS

platforms (e.g., Workday), ensuring high standards of accuracy, data integrity, and

confidentiality.

Employee Documentation & Compliance — Manage employee documentation,

including FTE joining forms and related records. Support audit requirements by

ensuring documentation is complete, accessible, and compliant.

Cross-functional Collaboration — Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to

ensure smooth execution of HR workflows, system integrations, and audits. Work

closely with BST functions and business stakeholders to drive alignment and seamless

execution of HR processes across functions. Act as a key connector across teams,

ensuring consistency, efficiency, and clear communication.

HR Support & Reporting Act as the first point of contact for employee queries,

providing timely and accurate resolution.

Operational Excellence & Ownership Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset by

managing deliverables end-to-end, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and accuracy benchmarks

are consistently met. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and

implementing scalable, efficient solutions

What You'll Bring

  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee data responsibly.
  • Demonstrating a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
  • Sound analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to stretch when needed
  • 2-6 years of experience.
  • Bachelors & Masters Degree in HR
