Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support local sales and business development initiatives
  • Serve as a technical expert and advisor to Hotels and Restaurants (QSRs, PBCLs, CDRs, FDRs)
  • Plan and execute innovative product applications to help operators convert to the Pillsbury premixes portfolio
  • Coach, train, and support sales staff to deliver accurate product demonstrations and culinary support
  • Customize cooking processes based on individual kitchen conditions
  • Manage data and provide concise reports on results and status
  • Handle product troubleshooting and act as a customer interface for any technical questions/issues
  • Evaluate new products and provide feedback
  • Generate new applications and product ideas that drive sales growth

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Hotel Management with specialization or experience in Bakery and Confectionery
  • 34 years of experience in operations, product development, or kitchen operations
  • Experience as Commissary 2 or Commissary 1 Chef in hotels or cruise lines

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Creative and innovative approach to food and product development
  • Good training and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with teams and customers
