What You'll Do

This is a key role within the India Finance team, responsible for driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls. The position oversees financial exposure management, optimizes end-to-end revenue processes, and ensures smooth, compliant business operations. The role will lead management of deal economics, spearhead global system discussions (including SAP and other enterprise platforms), and strengthen governance frameworks.
The successful candidate will deliver insightful analysis and leadership-ready decks, align cross-functional teams towards common goals, and inspire high performance across a large, diverse team.

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

. Set clear goals, build strong review mechanisms, and coach team members on financial rigor and business partnering.

. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project and revenue performance.

2. Project Economics & Financial Health

. Own end-to-end project economics, ensuring strong financial hygiene across active engagements.

. Monitor project health metrics including revenue, burn rates, forecasting accuracy, and risk exposure.

. Proactively identify financial risks and work with stakeholders to course-correct before impact.

. Standardize governance frameworks to improve visibility, predictability, and control across projects.

. Establish standardized revenue reporting frameworks for consistency and transparency.

3. Analytics & Management Reporting

. Build and deliver sharp management reporting with actionable insights

. Develop leadership decks that translate financial and operational data into clear business narratives.

. Drive deep-dive analyses to uncover performance trends, margin drivers, and improvement opportunities.

. Design dashboards and reporting tools to enhance decision-making at senior leadership levels.

5. ERP Expertise & Process Excellence

. Act as the go-to ERP expert for relevant modules.

. Drive ERP-led process improvements to enhance data accuracy, controls, and reporting efficiency. . Influence enhancements and automation initiatives to strengthen financial operations.



What You'll Bring

. CA / MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant qualification.

. 10+ years experience in finance, operations, or business process leadership, with proven expertise in exposure management and revenue processes.

. Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems, with experience influencing global implementations or process changes.

. Solid understanding of tax compliance in a multinational environment.

. Proven success in managing large teams and delivering measurable process improvements.

. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complexity for senior audiences.

. High proficiency in MS Excel and executive presentation design.
.The role is a part of the local India finance team supporting the India consulting office directly
.Deep experience in process improvement and automation.
.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
.High attention to detail and precision, particularly in risk assessment and exposure monitoring.
.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence across multiple levels and geographies.
.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining operational discipline.
