About The Team

The Seller Acquisition & onboarding team is the backbone of the Marketplace ecosystem. We are responsible for architecting and scaling the global platform that powers the end-to-end seller journey.

Our mission is to build seamless, high-performance systems

that manage: Global Onboarding & Sales Funnels: Engineering robust pipelines to bring millions of diverse sellers onto our marketplace with minimal friction.

Intelligent Activation Flows: Building automated, data-driven workflows that accelerate seller time-to-market and drive early-stage success.

Full-Lifecycle Program Management: Designing complex tools and services that allow for the sophisticated management of seller programs at a massive global scale.

As part of Seller Acquisition & onboarding, you will tackle distributed systems challenges, optimize global integrations, and define the architectural standards—specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem—that empower our marketplace to thrive internationally

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce-centric solutions that support millions of Marketplace sellers while laying the groundwork for Agent force and AI systems.

Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure Salesforce data services are discoverable and consumable by next-gen AI agents and LLM-based systems.

Collaborate across teams to contribute to a data-first, agent-aware architecture,fostering innovation around intelligent automation and CRM-led workflows.

Engage with Product Management to prioritize CRM data products that drive autonomous decision-making and context-rich seller recommendations.

Build features enabling seamless integration between Salesforce(structured/unstructured data) and downstream AI agents for faster insights.

Deploy and monitor Salesforce-integrated products with an emphasis on agent observability, telemetry, and auditability.

Develop best-in-class data health monitoring and context enrichment processes to ensure CRM data used by agents is reliable and governed.

Lead technical solutioning for full-lifecycle projects, focusing on how Salesforce will power autonomous workflows, co-pilots, and multi-agent systems.

Lead high-scale integrations of multiple external systems with Salesforce. Design enterprise-grade architectures where Salesforce serves as the primary system of record and engagement

What You'll bring

7+ years of experience in development of enterprise solutions with a focus on scalable, fault-tolerant, and CRM-integrated architectures.

Expertise in Salesforce Architecture: Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Shield, with a focus on high-volume data processing.

Advanced Salesforce Integration: Proven experience with Platform Events, Change ,Data Capture (CDC), and complex REST/SOAP API integrations.

AI & Agentic Strategy: Experience designing Salesforce environments for, Agent force or similar AI-driven orchestration, including prompt templating and Data Cloud.

2–3 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure) and their connectivity to Salesforce (e.g., Big Query, Dataflow, or Pub/Sub).

Data Modelling: Strong foundation in CRM data modelling and architecture, understanding how Salesforce objects affect retrieval quality for AI agents.

Scale & Performance: Experience writing optimized, scalable SOQL/SOSL and managing large datasets within Salesforce Multi-tenant environments.

Distributed Systems: Understanding of how Kafka, Spark, or similar streaming tools interact with Salesforce for real-time data synchronization.

Governance & Trust: Knowledge of Salesforce Data Mask, encry -tion, and field- level security in the context of agent auditability and compliance.

Software Engineering Core: Experience writing clean, testable code in Java or Python for backend middleware that bridges CRM and external cloud services.

DevOps & Automation: Mastery of Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Copado), and automated testing frameworks.

Strategic Leadership: Success building enterprise systems that include both sophisticated Salesforce user interfaces and high-performance backend services
