Position Summary...
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

What you'll do:
- Developing and maintaining mobile and web applications using cutting-edge technologies , Hands on Experience on Python Fast API, Java , Microservice
- Analyse defects from past projects/solutions to avoid recurrence of similar defects.
- Contribute to automated approaches to avoid manual KTLO and repeated tasks.
- Creating and maintaining a robust and scalable CI/CD pipeline for rapid development and iteration.
- Be involved in the successful implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives
- Drive design, development, implementation, documentation and follow agile development process
- Be a consummate team player with demonstrable ability to learn new Tech stacks/tools with amazing ability to get stuff done.
- Get Involved with Low Level design & work with Engineers
- Hands on Experience in Google Cloud storage, Azure File Share
- Good understanding of Messaging queue
- Able to drive Designs & explain to Team
What you'll bring:
- Experience on building Web applications using Python, Java
- Good to have with open-source technology using Python Fast API, Java , data Structures, system design to build a front end
- Handson Experience with / Python, Java
- Should have worked on Scalable Applications
- Should have worked on Performance aspects of the Application
- Should have worked on Observability , Monitoring
- Exposure to Vibe Testing , Vibe Coding Using CopIlots
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins and GitHub and related build tools such as Maven, Gradle.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to decompose complex challenges into manageable components.
- Experience with server-side developments and building RESTful APIs
- Experience working on Docker & Kubernetes with Azure / GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with software development cycles including Agile, Scrum, and TDD
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
