  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions, leveraging your expertise in AI solutions, Agentic AI and web development.
  • Apply your deep understanding of HTML,CSS,JS,Java, SQL, and PL/SQL to develop robust and scalable software.
  • Drive AI-agentic and AI-enabled initiatives in HCM (use-case discovery, feasibility, prototyping, delivery, and support).
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications powered by Oracle Fusion applications
  • Lead technical design and architecture efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion Applications standards.
  • Develop and operate Fusion SaaS solutions for orchestration, provisioning, and service lifecycle management.
  • Leverage your Fusion HCM or recruiting experience to enhance the functionality and efficiency of HR-related systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring our software remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support customer issues and production escalations.
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • 610+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on enterprise-scale, distributed, or SaaS systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more systems-level programming languages (e.g., Java, Python ,C,C++)
  • Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems principles and micro-services architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and PL/SQL, database technologies and JS to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Deep expertise in Agentic AI including debugging, performance tuning, and automation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and a passion for building robust, secure software.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and agile development environments.
