Job Title: Senior Manager - Quality BPT (Based on fitment)

Reports To: Group Manager/Associate Director

Solution Line: ASC

Team: Business Excellence & Transformation

Role Type: Quality, Process Excellence, Business Transformation

Position Type: Full Time

Work Mode: In Office

Cab Facility: Yes

Shift Time: 12 PM to 9 PM IST

Required education and certifications critical for the role: Any graduate/postgraduate

About the Team

Business Excellence & Transformation team collaborates with department leadership to identify and develop operational excellence initiatives that are of strategic importance across business units.

The role is responsible for managing and executing a roadmap of high impact projects that solve the business problems/opportunities of key clients through usage of methodologies like Lean, operational excellence, Business process re-engineering or Digital/ Analytics solutions.

JOB OVERVIEW

Project Management:

Manage projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion.

Process Analysis and Documentation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies and document current processes using process mapping and flowcharting techniques to visualize workflows.

Lean Six Sigma Methodology:

Apply basic Lean Six Sigma principles to contribute to process improvement projects. Collaborate with teams in conducting root cause analyses and identifying improvement opportunities.

Performance Measurement:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and overall organizational performance. Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.

Data-Driven Insights:

Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights into process performance and identify areas of improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Continuous Improvement Culture:

Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Encourage employees to contribute ideas and suggestions for process enhancements. Organize workshops and training sessions on Lean / Six Sigma concepts to promote process excellence principles.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Total work experience of 10-15 years (after Graduation in any discipline)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified or Black Belt trained/certified
  • Participated in process improvement projects or initiatives
  • Good Knowledge of Quality and Continuous improvement concepts
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and MS Visio
  • Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Learning ability with customer orientation and a keen eye for process improvement
