What you'll do...
About The Team
The team supports multiple Workflow and Rules management products. Primary tasks are managing infrastructure for these workflow tools like Camunda, IBM ODM, IBM BPM etc. Additionally, there are set of in-house developed tools which are developed and supported by the team.
What You'll Do
- Design, Configure, and Manage complex infrastructure, with a deep focus on DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery).
- Implement and maintain comprehensive Telemetry Stacks (monitoring, logging, and tracing of tools like OpenObserve, Grafana, MMS Dashboards) to ensure high visibility and proactive system health management.
- Develop, test, and deploy Automation Scripting for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployment, with a strong preference for Ansible.
- Knowledge of Camunda BPM (Business Process Management) is preferred to help automate and manage business workflows.
- Operate as an Agile Practitioner, actively participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contributing to continuous delivery.
- Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes.

What You'll Bring
- Business Process Management (BPM): Familiarity with Camunda BPM or equivalent platforms to design and automate business workflows.
- System Administration: Skilled in performing routine infrastructure maintenance including backups, patch management, and hotfix deployments.
- DevOps and CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience in designing, configuring, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Infrastructure Automation: Strong proficiency in infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
- Monitoring and Telemetry Systems: Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining observability stacks (e.g., Grafana, OpenObserve, Prometheus, ELK Stack) for system health monitoring, logging, and tracing.
- Scripting and Programming: Ability to develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Ansible, Python, Bash, or PowerShell for efficient infrastructure management.
- Cloud and Resource Optimization: Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on optimizing IT resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Agile Practices: Experienced in Agile environments, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices.
