We're looking for a senior engineering manager who can build a strong engineering team who can quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and apply their skills creatively to build
cutting-edge products and
intelligent solutions that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- You will be the responsible for building and scaling the next generation Membership platform, that will drive the fortune #1 company's Membership offerings.
- You will define technical roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.
- Work very closely with different product and business stakeholders at various locations in US and India to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies
- Support business objectives by collaborating with business partners to define priorities, identify opportunities and drive resolutions
- Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes
- Hire, Develop and Retain a strong team of software engineers.
- Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering and management teams across different geographic locations

- Lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; designing and reviewing
- Create a collaborative environment across geography for delivering best services to the customers around the globe
- Provide supervision, mentoring and development opportunities for associates who report into you.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
What You'll Bring
- An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream Computer Science preferred.
- 11+ years of relevant experience with minimum of 5 years of experience with agile principles and practices. Experience in leading teams.
- Deep expertise in Architecture and Design Patterns, Cloud Native Microservices Development, developing resilient, reliable & quality software.
- Hands on experience in building scalable cloud native software platforms/application - with Java, SpringBoot, Cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS ), Kafka (or other messaging service), caching technologies, SQL / NoSQL databases
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of least one cloud-native software - experience in building extensible platforms, data pipelines is desirable.
- Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and emerging technologies.
- Ability to balance the long-term big picture and short-term implications of design decisions.
- Passion for quick learning and adapting in a fast-paced global environment
- Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency and innovation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with geographically distributed teams, ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Retail / E-Commerce background is an advantage.
