GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Senior Manager provides support coaching and delivers constructive feedback to team members and encourage all to take an active role in their own Continued Professional Development (CPD). The manager also has leadership responsibility for a team of colleagues and is responsible for all performance management activities in line with company policies and legislation. Effective liaison to key clients, accounts and external business stakeholders. Offering ability to leverage trends across industries and markets to derive solutions and approaches focused on creating value for customers and profitability for company. The colleague will have demonstrated ability to streamline processes for efficiency and productivity. Transition specialist adept in creating seamless integration of new operations and businesses
