GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

We are seeking a Process Automation & Data Integration Specialistwho can bridge business needs with technical solutions. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, technical capability, and process optimisation skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Platform(or demonstrate ability to learn quickly).
• Analyse and map business processes into technical workflows, applying Lean principlesand process engineering.
• Manage and integrate high-volume dataacross multiple systems, ensuring governance and best practices.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and solution designs without extensive guidance.
• Develop and maintain databases(SQL, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Contribute to UI/UX designfor internal tools and dashboards.
• Work with internal (proprietary) systems such as CDI, Workday, EMMA, Inview.
• Understand investment operations, including clients, holdings, data structures, and calculation methods.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Automation: Power Platform (or proven aptitude to learn quickly).
• Analytical & Process Mindset: Logical thinking, Lean processing, ability to map workflows.
• Data Handling: Integration across systems, governance best practices.
• Business Analysis: From problem statement to requirements and solution design.
• Database & Coding: SQL, Snowflake, Databricks.
• UI/UX: Basic design principles for user-friendly interfaces.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with investment operations and internal systems.

Desirable Attributes

• Self-starter with ability to learn new tools independently.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience in financial services or investment
