GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Results-oriented individual with rich experience in day-to-day business operations management. Effective liaison to key clients, accounts and external business stakeholders. Offering ability to leverage trends across industries and markets to derive solutions and approaches focused on creating value for customers and profitability for company. Demonstrated ability to streamline processes for efficiency and productivity. Well-versed in applying multi-faceted approach to managing safety, operations and productivity across multiple business lines. Transition specialist adept in creating seamless integration of new operations and businesses


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • People Management - Typically managing a team of 8-12 colleagues (may vary depending on the overall team size) and reporting into the Service Manager.
  • Project Management - Manage projects end to end with focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency.
  • Track and control project timelines, resource allocation, identify and mitigate risks, and accountable for communication management.
  • Collaborates with extended leadership and other key stakeholders in managing service delivery, capacity management, and key performance metrics.
  • The individual develops and implements strategy to achieve the defined business objectives/targets and provides guidance in determining service level agreements, determining control standards and identifying issue escalation matrix.
  • Define and implement SLAs along with on-shore stakeholders.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for colleagues, on company programs and policies.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Strong product and domain expertise.
  • Stakeholder and market management.
  • Translate the business goals to individual goals and set expectations/targets.
  • Performance management through regular connects of all direct reports.
  • Ensure colleagues are motivated and engaged to perform.
  • Define career paths & development goals and ensuring succession planning for critical roles.
  • Focus on enhancing technical & personnel effectiveness through training, education and coaching.
  • Implement various quality, technology, automation and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Risk Analysis and mitigation - in case of crisis situations, provide viable alternatives with least impact to business

  • Working with People as project teams: Should be able to maintain colleague data. Working with teams, staffing, resource allocation, demonstrate cultural awareness, participate in the development plans for the colleagues.
  • Can evaluate and execute Process re-engineering.
  • Displays a high degree of business acumen.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, Planning, Analytical and critical thinking capabilities, Problem Solving, Decision Making.
  • Flexibility/Adaptability.
  • In depth knowledge of project management practices.
  • People Management, Risk Analysis & Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Negotiation, Operations Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Coaching & Feedback, Solution Oriented approach and Conflict resolutions.
  • Data Analysis, Proficient with MS Office, Effective Written and verbal communication skills, Domain Knowledge, Analysis & Report Out.
