Job Title- IAM Operations

Position type- Full Time

Work Location- Bangalore/Delhi NCR

Working style- Hybrid

Required education and certifications critical for the role-

Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (full time)

Required years of experience - Minimum 3-7 years of IT experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing day-to-day provisioning requests related to Access on various infrastructure resources, within established SLA. Some of the technologies supported are: Windows, Active Directory, Unix, Lotus Notes, Exchange, standalone applications, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational Incidents. Coordinate with End-Users if any further clarity is required.
  • Ensure the established Operational SLAs are achieved and Customer Excellence is consistently demonstrated.
  • Accept on-call responsibilities as and when required on rotation basis.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with security policy across platforms such as Windows, UNIX, Exchange, standalone applications and other related areas.
  • Flexible with night-shifts, on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain professionalism
  • Attend to urgent and priority issues as per business requirements.
  • Be a team-player and do load-sharing in-line with the established practices and in coordination with the Queue Managers.
  • Be 100% compliant with all operational Tasks as per company Compliance policies and global regulations.
  • Proactive escalation of issues to manager.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • 4-10 years of relevant corporate experience on Identity and Access Operations, data security, business analyst, and/or security administration.
  • A Minimum of Graduation/Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Information Security or related field.
  • Sound knowledge and hands-on experience on UNIX, Windows/Active Directory Security Group creation and modification of Group memberships.
  • Sound knowledge of NTFS Folder permissions and its associated Risks related to Inheritance and restricted permission.
  • Hands-on knowledge on ITIL and ServiceNow (SNOW) tool for Request/Incident Management activities and Metrix reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of Powershell, Scripting, Bulk processing of Security Groups and associate Folder Permissions.
  • Basic understanding of Citrix environment and Remote access administration.
  • MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc).
