General Description Of Role

You will be a part of Aon's US Commercial Risk will act as key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice, high quality, innovative and profitable service in accordance with the client's needs and the agreed Scope of Service Agreement. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with client Service Advisors and colleague inquiries on business and insurance requirements and is responsible for supporting the insurance process.
  • Ensuring all insurance processes are up to date, and compliant with company policies and Industry standards.
  • Process checking of policy documents using a predefined checklist configured in the system for each Line of business.
  • Learn required knowledge for performing the tasks assigned and complete them as prescribed by industry and Aon
  • Learn Policy Management, Workflow and Policy Checking systems
  • Daily production goals include 14-15 service requests.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on status of tasks, highlight any misses or non- compliant docs.
  • Continuously review and improve the process to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Well organized
  • Comfortable operating in a rule-oriented environment; yet, able to appreciate nuances.
  • Work in a Deadline-based Environment to meet the production levels agreed.
  • Good Communication skill
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
