Role Summary
The candidate will be responsible for providing contract support (administration, workflow management, drafting, reviewing, and redlining) across the globe. The candidate should demonstrate strong learning curve and be able to work with minimal supervision. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment across time zones, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, timely and efficient. Strong English written and verbal communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Primary Duties
- Accurate and timely drafting, reviewing, vetting and redlining of contracts from multiple jurisdictions and business lines.
- Contract administration and workflow management support
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives that may be allocated from time to time.
