Job Description

General Description Of Role

Assist consultants and other stakeholders for US Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal reports to the Clients. Working on the internal client database tool to update policy information related to US health and benefit plans. Providing clients with market insights and a measure of how their benefit programs compare to the competition. Delivering reports based on various parameters i.e., premium, claims & Loss ratios.

The process involves analysis of healthcare products information provided by vendors & onshore consultants pertaining to premium, claims, plan attributes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to both internal and external clients.
  • Operate as part of a team under the supervision of Senior Analysts or Managers.
  • Execute projects in line with SLAs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Review plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System.
  • Ensure accurate and timely service delivery and maintain defined productivity levels.
  • Resolve issues and queries, document actions, and follow up as needed.
  • Identify and support operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with peers to understand methodologies and adhere to established processes.
  • Enhance technical skills and effectiveness through ongoing training and education.
  • Bridge communication between onshore consultants and insurance vendors.
  • Manage client and shared mailboxes efficiently.

Skills and Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, including text, math, statistical, and logical functions (e.g., LEFT, LEN, SUM, PRODUCT, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, OR, and lookups).
  • Proficiency in creating, editing, and formatting presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Strong business communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Flexible, proactive, and accountable with a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; self-driven with an aptitude for learning.
  • Knowledge of VBA macros and stakeholder management is a plus.
