Incubation Manager

Position Summary:

Incubation Manager will be responsible for end-to-end incubation process. Primary responsibility of Manager is to plan, execute and manage one or more programs and projects carried out by Incubation Centre for Incubation and innovation support related areas. The person must be motivated to achieve program goals and shall be able to initiate activities to meet the requirements of the programs with minimal support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design incubation program & cohort

Understand program objectives, create a plan of action and execute the same in a time bound manner.

Maintain databases of all parameters of program and its execution.

Manage various government funding schemes

Management of budget utilization and financial status of program.

The person shall be willing to travel as necessary for the program execution.

Facilitate progress review meetings and mentor meetings for startups as per program requirement.

Executing end-to-end incubation of startup, from drafting agreement to executing the same

Manage day-to-day interaction with the startups, keep track of their progress and support in their ideation to market journey and investor connects.

Plan and execute outreach programs and start-up events (business plan competitions, hackathons, boot camps, exhibitions etc. with an aim to identify and onboard relevant start-ups.)

Plan and operate the marketing initiatives including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and videos and other marketing collaterals relevant to the program.

Execute revenue generation initiatives within the assigned area of operations.

Assisting Vice-President/Head in planning new initiative, preparing funding proposals etc.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate with experience of working with startup or in innovation/entrepreneurship promoting organization or incubator will be preferred

Good Spoken & written Communication

Age up to 40 Years

Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Commerce or Humanities, etc., from a recognized University. Post Graduate Diploma or Master's degree (MBA) preferred.

CTC: As per incubation ecosystem standards, depending on experience and skills.

Communicate Skills: Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills

Experience: Minimum work experience (preferably with Incubator/VC/Startup & Innovation Ecosystem): 2-5 years

Key Skills: Well versed with knowledge of Indian Start-up & Incubation Ecosystem
