This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, is for an Incubation Manager at JKLU. The Incubation Manager will oversee and manage the operations of the Atal Incubation Centre, supporting startups and entrepreneurs through mentorship, funding opportunities, and strategic guidance. Responsibilities include planning and organizing incubation programs, strengthening industry and investment networks, nurturing early-stage startups, and organizing events such as workshops and pitch sessions. The role will involve collaboration with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.

• Strong understanding of startup incubation processes, entrepreneurship, and venture development.
• Proficiency in networking, partnership building, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational and program management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and startup founders.
• Familiarity with funding processes, project evaluation, and business development strategies is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies for innovative ecosystem development.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role within an incubation center, accelerator, or startup ecosystem is highly desirable.
