As a Project Manager supporting Income Attribution Transformation, you will be enhancing Income Attribution and Indirect Expense practices. You will drive transformation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute process transformation projects. You will support tangible change by aiding in the evaluation and redesign of operating models and business processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving Transformation: Collaborate with teams to plan and execute process transformation projects using modern tools and methodologies.
- Developing Project Plan and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with the firm's strategic objectives. Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution.
- Managing Stakeholder: The team engages with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives. They facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. This role provides exposure to senior management.
- Managing Risk: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. They proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track and ensure successful outcomes.
- Tracking and Reporting: Track project progress and performance against established metrics and milestones. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Managing Change: The team manages change effectively by anticipating and addressing the impact of project initiatives on the organization. Ensure that change is communicated clearly and that stakeholders are prepared and supported throughout the transition. Leverage best practices and lessons learned to drive innovation and efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally within P&A or Controllers functions.
- Strong project and project management skills. Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/ SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
