We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT service management with a strong focus on incident management processes. This role involves monitoring incidents, coordinating resolution efforts, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Communicate incident status to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Prepare and present incident reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT service management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, particularly Incident Management processes.
  • Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant areas are preferred.
