Project Role : Incident Management Practitioner

Project Role Description : Oversee and coordinate the resolution of service disruptions. Managing bridge calls, engaging technical teams and suppliers, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Improve processes and provide clear incident summaries to stakeholders.

Summary: As an Incident Management Practitioner, you will oversee and coordinate the resolution of service disruptions. Your typical day will involve managing bridge calls, engaging with technical teams and suppliers, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will also focus on improving processes and providing clear incident summaries to stakeholders, ensuring that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between various teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents. - Analyze incident trends to identify areas for process improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of incident management frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with service management tools and ticketing systems. - Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions. - Familiarity with ITIL best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
