What will you do:
The EUC Ops Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of end-user computing technologies, ensuring that users have a seamless experience with their devices and applications. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing support and training to end-users, and collaborating with other IT teams to improve and streamline processes.
How you will do it:
- Provide first-line support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance end-user computing solutions.
- Document support processes and update knowledge base articles.
- Assist in onboarding new users, including setup and configuration of devices.
- Participate in training sessions to educate users on new technologies and processes.
What we look for:
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of various operating systems.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
