Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation models, including commission structures, bonus programs, and sales performance metrics
  • Understanding of database infrastructure and database concepts
  • Ability to provide regular analysis and insights into compensation plans and recommend improvements based on system data
  • Develop and execute test plans for ensuring that integrations, processes and configurations are accurate
  • Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to translate and explain technical processes to business partners
  • Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery
  • Ability to make decisions and work with minimal direction even under pressure
  • Familiarity with Agile (scrum) framework is preferred

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience is required. 5 to 7 years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong experience with compensation systems (Spiff, Everstage, Captivate IQ, Varicent, or Xactly)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience
