Key Responsibilities
- Work with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website forms, and product inquiries.
- Leverage professional networking and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo, Xing, Kickstarter, Angel.co, etc., to enrich inbound lead data.
- Conduct detailed research across specific industries, domains, and geographies to validate inbound prospects, including key decision-makers email IDs and phone numbers.
- Verify and update contact details using multiple online sources to maintain data accuracy.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities based on defined criteria.
- Engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn in response to inbound interest.
- Understand prospect requirements and align them with appropriate products or services.
- Present the company's value proposition clearly to inbound prospects.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with interested prospects through timely follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and Sales Executives.
- Track activities and report lead status, conversion metrics, and outcomes to the Sales Manager.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and validate information.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
